1) Candidate should have 3 years work experience.

Job Description:

1) Candidate should be establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.

2) Candidate should be identifies opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers.

3) Candidate should be handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations and complaints.

4) Candidate should have ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks.

5) Candidate should be responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately timely.

6) Candidate should have work with other departments as needed to resolve customer inquiries. E.g. Accounts Receivable Department on customer payment discrepancies.

7) Candidate should be responsible for maintaining and updating customer files.

8) Candidate should have experience from same industry like Yellow page, Concept Selling, Space Selling.

9) Candidate should have good Communication Skills.
