Qualification/Skill:

1) Candidate should possess any degree from recognized University or Institute.

2) Solid decision making skills

3) Demonstrate superior troubleshooting skills with hardware and software applications in a PC/Mac environment, ability to think outside of the box and find creative ways to solve customer problems

4) A working understanding of e-commerce principles and support elements

5) World-class customer service focus and interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication

6) Exceptional interpersonal skills and commitment to customer satisfaction

7) Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with internal and external business partners

Experience: 6 months of successful customer service or internet is a plus

Job Description: 

1) Provide world-class service to all Yahoo Customers in a customer centric environment

2) Successfully resolve complex customer e-mail and telephone inquiries through the use of multiple customer support tools

3) Assisting customers with inquiries while providing consultative support and recommendations

4)Document in detail all interactions with customers

5)Effectively articulate complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical customers

6) Educate customers on products and help customers to be successful

7) Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction through the use of up-sell and cross-sell of products and services

8) Successfully performs against department scorecard metrics including Quality Assurance, Average Handle Time, and Customer Satisfaction Rating
