PHP Developer-
- Excellent knowledge and experience of PHP, MySQL, MSSQL, HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, CSS3, Apache, Ajax.
- Knowledge of CodeIgniter, Yii, Laravel, CakePHP, Zend Framework will be an added advantage.
- Understanding and have experience in implementing and using third-party APIs.
- Experience with both front end and back end development.
- Should be an Expert in Object Oriented Programming and MVC Architecture.
- Hands on Experience in e-commerce environment would be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
SEO Analyst-
Responsibilities
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Bing, Advanced Web Rankings, WordPress, Joomla, and Magento. Having some light front-end coding ability a big plus!
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
- Develop and implement link building strategy.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on a newly developed code.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Requirements
- Proven SEO experience.
- Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
Technical Support Executive-
- Working with customers to identify software problems and advising on the solution.
- Logging and keeping a record of customer/employee queries.
- Ability to give software Demo to customers.
- Updating self-help manual so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
- An in-depth understanding of the software customers are using.
- An ability to assess each customer or employees IT knowledge levels.
- Logical thinker & Ability to deal with difficult callers.
- Good communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable to work in US shift.
Tele caller-
- Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with the client.
- Developing prospective customers
- Describe products and services
- Respond to questions
- Good communication skills.
- Expertise in MS Excel.
- Follow up with incoming leads.
- Complete database.
- Experience from BPO will be added advantage
